With Harbor Fest, Taste of Homer, and summer in full swing, campsites on the Spit and in town book up quickly. We recommend reserving as soon as possible through the individual campground websites or calling ahead. Focus on these main areas:

Area Campgrounds (Anchor Point)
Located about 20–25 minutes north of Homer
Scenic riverside campsites near the beach and boat launch
Great option if Homer campgrounds are full

🔄 Free Spit Shuttle Service Info
A Harbor Fest shuttle will run every hour on the spit. The start shuttle time and locations will be released as soon as possible.
